This is just a completely empty executable and an icon. Make a shortcut to the .exe and choose the icon. Then pin to taskbar. It's THAT easy
EDIT: Looks like many of you got virus alert, and this is what I have to say: When I made this, I made a batch file containing absolutely nothing. 0 characters. After that I used someone else's Batch to Executable converter, which I have no part in. The icon was created in Photoshop 7.0 with an icon plugin. I got this alert as well, but I figured it was the antivirus which noticed a program was running, then closing without returning anything to the system. This indeed is suspicious. If there is a virus in this executable it's because of the converter I mentioned earlier. I do not remember where I got this. If you have a problem with this. Use whatever other executable in your system and select the icon which is included in the package. Please don't spread rumors about me making viruses!
Microsoft Security Essentials and Norton Internet Security both say it's a virus: [link]!dtc&threatid=2147638124 Sorry but there was no false positive it's in the script.
right click on the shortcut in the taskbar, then right click on the Seperator.exe shortcut that shows up above the unpin button. Choose properties, then Change Icon. Browse to where the Seperator.ico file is that came in this RAR file. Make that the icon. Voila
